  The first few times we went here the staff was amazing! Very kind and very helpful and were absolutely wonderful with our daughter. However the last time we went here to deal with a warranty issue (after they gave me glasses without the arm pin in) and after we informed them we were moving out of town their attitudes towards us totally switched. They made multiple false promises to things they had no authority making and repeatedly went back on their word. They no longer valued our business and the lady we spoke to was VERY rude and was not helpful in the slightest bit so in the end we decided to take our business else where. Very unfortunate as like I said they were wonderful at the start. We recommended them to a lot of people but sadly will be letting them all know of our experience to save them the hassle.

  This place, the girls and doctors are fantastic! They are cheaper than any Place in Grande Prairie! They are awesome with helping pick glasses, my kids love all the girls! Very helpful, and professional, but feel like friends as well! I drive from Valleyview to go here
